Ellesley Motorsport’s philosophy is simple, we believe that with hard work and determination anything is possible. We strive to achieve this through our racing ventures, and aim to develop Motorsport engineering wherever possible. We also have a vested interest in actively promoting the sport at a 'Grass Roots' level.

The people and companies behind the continued success of Ellesley Motorsport include the Ellesley family who handle the day to day running of the team. Fuller Motorsport Management is also an essential component within the team who help both to fund and provide essential corporate advice to the team, however there are a wide range of people who contribute both financially and through kind use of their expertise.
